Prof. Arnab Kumar Laha, an alumnus of ISI with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate in Statistics, is a leading expert in applying analytics, machine learning, and AI to address complex business and societal challenges. He has advised NITI Aayog, FICCI and NMIMS, as well as LIC, L&T, Tata Power, Siemens, Indian Oil, and Ambuja Cements.

Prof. Sushanta Mishra, an alumnus of NIT Rourkela and IIM Ahmedabad, is a Professor at IIM Bangalore. He serves as Chairperson of the Centre for Teaching & Learning, Research & Publication, and the Case Centre, and is Editor-in-Chief of IIMB Management Review and Past President of the Indian Academy of Management.

He played a pivotal role in formulating the state’s first Comprehensive Resettlement & Rehabilitation Policy (2006) and Consent Award Guidelines (2010).

Transitioning to the corporate sector, Mr. Mishra held senior leadership positions within the Tata Group, including General Manager – Land Acquisition, Resettlement & Rehabilitation at Tata Services Ltd. (Tata Sons) and Head – Land RM at Tata Steel, overseeing major land and infrastructure initiatives for industrial and mining projects.

Presently, he leads a consultancy firm comprising 100 professionals, providing strategic advisory support to PSUs, private enterprises, and the Government of Odisha in the domains of land, forest, and infrastructure development.

He has authored over 60 technical papers and reports, delivered 26 invited talks, and received multiple awards for his pioneering work. Dr. Brahma is also a Fellow/Member of leading professional bodies, including AeSI, ISAMPE, SAEINDIA, InSIS, and CVS. His national-level engagements include serving as a nominated expert for the National Task Force (IAF/Navy), VAIBHAV Summit panelist, NLEC member, and steering committee member for testing.
